Why it works in a school setting
- No prior technique needed: you can start playing from the very first lesson.
- The lighter, bigger ball increases the number of touches and reduces the frustration of beginners.
- The lower net lets students of any height attack.
- Attacking only from the back row reduces the risk of injury from contact near the net.
- Mandatory rotation on every point means the whole class actively takes part in the game, without staying in one role for too long.
